*HOT SEAT: in the context of these meetings where someone presents a burning issue and the group uses an action learning process (using questions only) to explore the issue. Our hot seaters will be involved in social enterprise and be prepared to explore their issue via this technique which can sometimes bring up unforseen and perhaps ‘difficult’ conversations all targeted towards a learning space.
EXPERT SESSION: where we invite someone in to do a presentation / tutorial or have a conversation about something they have in depth knowledge about as related to the social enterprise world.
